Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 6 hours of placing your order, please email us at feelflops@gmailcom indicating the reason for cancellation with your order number and we will cancel it. If your order has already been processed, you will need to wait until you receive it, then send it back to us. Once sent back to us, we will refund you.
We offer free shipping everywhere on all our products.

If an order ships, we will be unable to make changes to your order and you will need to place another order.
ORDER DELIVERY
We process and fulfill your order in 1-3 business days and delivery takes approximately 6-10 business days once shipped.
We use external couriers in the first stage of delivery, who are responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
You can track your order at any time after it has been shipped.
We will send you an email with the tracking code which you can enter on the "track my order" page or directly from the email you will receive by clicking on the Link.
In any case don't worry, we always monitor shipments and we will make sure that every product arrives at its destination on time.
If this is not possible, you are also covered by a full refund in case the package is lost.
How can I track my order?
Track your order from the dedicated page, Enter the order number and email in the field or enter the tracking number in the field. If your tracking is not updated, please allow 2-4 days.
Sometimes orders are slightly delayed due to periods of high demand. If you have received the order confirmation email, don't worry, the package will arrive soon. If your package does not arrive within 30 days of notification of shipment, you can contact us to receive a refund for your order.
What if the item is damaged upon delivery?
If the product is damaged, you must notify us within 30 days of placing your order. In this case, you will need to send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept return requests up to 14 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and still in the original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with instructions on how to send the package back to us. Items shipped without a return request will not be accepted.
The costs of returning the items are charged to the customer.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. It generally takes 5-7 business days for all credit card providers to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
